Mission
The international fashion label DIGEL is implementing innovative planning and steering systems, to react specifically and in highest quality to the customer requests and to control several globally distributed production sites in real time. Decentralized digital planning along the value chain should create transparency and save precious time. Each year over 1 million parts are planned, put into production and delivered to customers.
Solution and Work Process
Determining the data and processes that are necessary to analyze the inventory in detail, i.e. for each article, shape, color and size, taking into account the production times and capacities. Building up a tailor-made system solution.
Prognosis: Forecast under consideration of seasonal and trend effects
Supply Network Planning: Control of 7 production sites in function of real time retail demand
Dynamic Planning: High-tech navigation system incorporating all the important factors of production and order processing over time
Realtime Simulation: Establish tailor-made, decentralized, digital planning along the value chain
